Our animal hospital operates by appointment from Monday to Saturday, ensuring personalized care for your pet. While we strive to accommodate emergencies, we kindly ask that you call ahead for same-day appointments to ensure we have availability to treat your pet.
Arrival & Waiting Room Policy
Prescription Refills & Prescription Diets
To refill prescribed medications, please call at least 48 hours (approximately 2 days) in advance to ensure timely preparation. Pets on long-term medications are required to have yearly check-ups to assess dosage and treatment effectiveness.
We offer prescription diets customized to address specific health requirements. These specialized diets, exclusively available through veterinarians, require a prescription. Before purchasing a prescription diet, your pet must be evaluated by one of our veterinarians to determine its necessity and the most suitable food option. While we maintain a stock of food in the hospital, refill requests may take 7-10 business days if your item(s) is not currently available.
